Orders shipping in Canada will be charged the Goods and Service Tax (GST). We
are required by law to charge an additional Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on
orders shipping to British Columbia and Ontario since we have H2O
Plus store locations in these provinces. For

| Gift Box Service:

For an additional $4.50 your gifts will arrive in our signature gift box. This
option is available when adding a product to your shopping cart. Indicate which
items you would like to include in the gift-box service during the checkout
process, you will be provided a message box in which you can personalize a
special message to the recipient. The $4.50 charge applies to each item being
gifted and will be shown in the subtotal of the final checkout page. |

| Returns and Exchanges:

H2O Plus is committed to providing you with
products of the finest quality. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your H2O Plus web purchase, simply return
it within 30 days and we will be happy to exchange or credit your account for
the full amount of the purchase. The original receipt indicating the
reason for return must accompany the item being returned. Please
ship by FedEx or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt
delivery. Sorry, but return shipping fees are not
refundable.

If you would like to purchase a physical Gift Certificate for redemption in one
of our H2O Plus stores, please call 1.800.242.2284 to place your
order. Store Gift Certificates are not valid online, but can be
redeemed by placing a phone order with us at 1.800.242.2284 Monday through
Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

testing. We do not and never will use animals to test our
products. We are advocates of the environment and always encourage
recycling. |

| Promotional Terms and

may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the
right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers or of any
one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of
any group or category of customers to participate in promotions. We reserve the
right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for
any reason whatsoever, without notice to customers. However, we will use
reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to customers of any such
